Federation of Bangladesh Human Resource Organizations (FBHRO) popularly known as HR Federation-- is the apex umbrella body of non-profit associations and organizations engaged in human resources management and development in Bangladesh. A non-government, not-for- profit organisation, FBHRO is the voice of Bangladesh’s human resource community. From influencing policy to encouraging debate, engaging with policy makers and civil society, FBHRO envisions to articulate the views and concerns related to developing human capital of the country. FBHRO provides a platform for networking and consensus building on human resources development issues within and across the private, social and public sectors to meet the challenges of Bangladesh becoming a middle-income country by 2021 and developed nation by 2041.
